Plan and implement a social media strategy that
aligns with the brand’s identity and business goals.

Manage and maintain content schedules across
platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
·
Oversee community management to engage
followers, answer inquiries, and build long-lasting relationships.
·
Identify new platform opportunities to expand
brand reach and engagement.
Content Creation:
·
Collaborate with photographers, graphic
designers, and influencers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content.
·
Write engaging and on-brand copy for posts, ads,
emails, and web pages.
·
Utilize user-generated content (UGC) to promote
authenticity and encourage community involvement.
·
Plan and coordinate photo shoots for specific
campaigns.
Marketing Campaigns:
·
Conceptualize and execute targeted campaigns to
drive traffic, sales, and user retention.
·
Launch product promotion campaigns in
collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
·
Plan influencer collaborations, ambassador
programs, and partnerships to expand reach.
·
Run and monitor paid ads on platforms like
Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.
Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting:

Measure and analyze performance metrics for
social media and marketing campaigns (engagement, clicks, conversions, etc.).
·
Create reports and recommend strategies to
optimize future campaigns based on insights.
·
Monitor competitor activities and adjust
strategies accordingly.
Customer Engagement:
·
Establish strong brand-customer relationships
through dynamic content and responses.
·
Initiate email marketing and retention campaigns
using CRM systems.
Collaboration:
·
Work closely with the creative, merchandising,
and operations teams to ensure unified branding.
·
Ensure seamless execution of product launches
and seasonal collections.
·
Keep up with global trends in fashion and
e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Cooperation with Georgian Marketing, digital marketing,
and design teams.
